Fight Bullying and Racism - Join TEAM or TEAM+ because Together Everyone Achieves More! Do you feel strongly about Racism and Bullying? If so then this is the group for you! TEAM and TEAM+ are Youth Action groups based at V.I.B.E. They organise fun events and projects all year round to fight against discrimination. TEAM is for ages 12-15 and meets from 3:30-5pm every Monday at V.I.B.E. TEAM+ is for ages 16-25 and meets from 6-7.30pm every Monday at V.I.B.E. FilmJunkies Feeling Creative? Why not get involved in our film group? We make our own films as a group, scriptwriting, storyboarding and editing. You don't need to have any experience to join the group, just enthusiasm! We meet every Wednesday 5.30-7.30pm at V.I.B.E.. Drop in and see what we do. Add Kolor Add Kolor meets now on Mondays 5-6pm at Littledown Youth centre. Add Kolor was created in February 2009 when a 15 year old boy from Winton decided that young people needed more outdoor places to paint legally. The young boy was introduced to the Bournemouth Youth Opportunities Fund where he and a friend were successful in a bid for £2500. Armed with this money and VIBE Project Worker Angela Reece, they recruited 11 more young artists and started to advertise for mural spaces. To date, they have completed a mural for Fernheath Community Sports Association and Sevenoaks Youth Hostel. They have also visited legal wall areas in Southampton for inspiration and organised workshops with professional artists. Homeless Voices Homeless Voices now meet on Friday at 3-4pm at vinvolved offices. .......are you passionate about homeless issues???? Are you creative????? Do you like to make a noise and change things for the better???? If so we need you!!!! Our group would love new members who have spare time on a Monday night to make a difference for all those young people who are effected by homeless issues. Contact Julie Mackay and she will fill you in! Peer Support: Self Esteem Interested in supporting other young people to improve self esteem and raise aspirations? Why not get involved in our new peer support group? We look to run one-off events and activities to enable young people to develop confidence and be inspired to set life goals.
